Trial
Cole is an accomplished trial attorney. Although trials should always be the last resort, he has the skill and experience to give you the best representation possible if a trial becomes necessary. He will be your strongest advocate.
Negotiation
The best way to end a criminal case is before it begins. Cole has spent decades earning the respect and trust of everyone involved in the criminal justice system. If a trial is not your best option, he will quickly determine the best course of action and immediately begin to resolve the case in your best interests.
Probation Revocation
You should not assume the worst if the prosecution has filed a motion to revoke your probation. Prosecutors and judges have many options when faced with a motion to revoke. Cole will guide you through the process and help you determine your best option.
Drugs or DWI
A charge and conviction of possession of controlled substances or driving while intoxicated causes serious consequences under Texas law. At the very least, if charged with a DWI your driver’s license will be revoked and there could be other restrictions depending upon the circumstances. Cole will represent you both as your defense attorney but also assist with minimizing the disruption to your life caused by a license suspension.
